Neighbourhood Plan in Tattenhall and District

 

Dear Consultee,

The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) - Notification of Regulation 14 Public Consultation 

Tattenhall and District Parish Council has now reached the pre-submission stage of the modified Tattenhall Neighbourhood Plan and we are pleased the make the document available for consultation from

Friday 24th January 2025 until Friday 7th March 2025 (5.00pm).  

Details of the Pre-Submission modified Tattenhall Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed on our web site at:

In addition, printed copies will be available for viewing at Tattenhall Library, Park Primary School, Tattenhall, CH3 9AH or on request to the Clerk.  

We invite you to make comments or raise any queries on the Tattenhall Neighbourhood Plan. Please do so by email to [email protected] by the deadline of Friday 7th March 2025 (5.00pm).

Your consultation responses will be used to inform the final version of the modified Tattenhall Neighbourhood Plan. Please note it is not possible to accept anonymous representations. Any comments received after the Friday 7th March 2025 (5.00pm) cannot be accepted.

Please note, the details of all respondents will be held on a database maintained by the Tattenhall Parish Council. The database will be used solely for matters relating to the Neighbourhood Plan.

Broxton & District Parish Council is small rural council situated in South Cheshire and is made up of the Parishes of Broxton, Duckington and Harthill. The Parish Council is divided by the A41  and the A534.

Parish Council Meetings

Meetings are normally held on the last Monday of May, July, September, November, January & March at Brown Knowl Methodist Church from 7.30pm. All meetings are open and include Public Participation when members of the public are allowed to speak.
